Mike and his team have good systems in place, and the communications are excellent during the planning and building process. The proof of added value came when we relocated to Austin, Texas shortly after completing our home in Fountain Hills. The housing market was beginning to slide, and fifty-five other homes were on the market in our community. Four of them were Mike Foster Custom Homes. In the following months, only four homes were sold. Thankfully, ours was one of them, and we did very well on the price. The other three were also built by Mike Foster Custom Homes. If we should find ourselves in Phoenix again. Mike Foster is the first builder we will contact.
